What will the programme involve?


The programme is designed to grow you into a manager in 3 years (if your performance is upto standard), through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You’ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects and undertaking rotations which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. 



You’ll cover at least three placements to provide experience in key areas of one of the following functions:

• Supply Chain Management
• Research & Development
• Financial Management
• Marketing
• Customer Management
• Human Resources
• Business & Technology

You will get the opportunity to pursue your professional and personal goals and develop yourself on a national and international level. Your rotations could be based at different business units across Europe and you will need to be flexible about where you are based during your time on the scheme.
