• On the job learning: working on three demanding international supply chain projects
• Training: following an intensive training and development program focused on both personal and professional development
• Mentoring and Coaching: helping you to deliver results on your projects, to discover your own talents and competences, and to accelerate the learning steps as a professional
• Enjoying peer to peer learning moments with other ambitious Trainees

The profile we look for
You can apply for the traineeship if you:
• Have a Master’s degree
• Have 0 - 3 years of work experience
• Have a strong affinity with project management and supply chain management
• Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, Are fluent in English, second language (p.e. French, German, Spanish) is a pre
• Are a self-starter with the ability to achieve results,
• Have intercultural sensitivity, intercultural work or study experience is a pre.
• Are interested in managing global SCM projects. Having experience in project / supply chain planning is a pre.
• Are eager to expand your comfort zone and learn more about yourself and the world
