Internship: Website Publisher and Online Marketeer
Utrecht, 36 hours per week, depending on availability and workload

The position

In the role of ‘Website Publisher and Online Marketeer’, you will play an integral role within Rabobank’s Food & Agribusiness Marketing and Media team, helping us in our crucial day-to-day work. Not only will you regularly design and deliver our research products and content to our clients via our website (far.rabobank.com), email, intranet, and social media—you’ll also have a hand in helping us to improve our current ways of working with regard to making the most of our various online channels.

Our department

From its cooperative and agricultural roots, Rabobank has grown to become the world's leading financial services provider for the food & agribusiness sector. This role has been made possible, in part, by the bank's extensive knowledge of the many links in the food chain. This knowledge is generated, enhanced, and distributed by the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness department (FAR).

FAR has 85 analysts working in local teams across the worldwide Rabobank network. These analysts study the trends and developments in the worldwide food chain. They generate knowledge, and develop views and insights on businesses, topics, and developments in food & agribusiness sectors across the globe.

The views they develop are applied in customer advice, product innovation, and risk assessment for the bank. This enables Rabobank to add value to our customers' business operations. We disseminate our research to our clients in the form of reports, videos, podcasts, and infographics via mail, our website (far.rabobank.com), and social media.

At FAR, you’ll be working in the F&A Marketing and Media team (FAMM). This small team of five is responsible for the marketing strategy and the creation, editing, design, and dissemination of content.

Your profile

• Solid knowledge of English in speaking and writing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills at a bachelor polytechnic or applied-science level (Dutch ‘HBO-niveau’)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• (Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is appreciated, but not a requirement)
• An interest in web/email interaction design
• Experience with publishing and marketing tools, such as CMS (e.g. SDL/Tridion) and email campaign software
• Experience with website and email analytics
