The BlinkLane Traineeship offers a program for ambitious university graduates. During the traineeship, you will join a team on two challenging assignments and follow an extensive training program consisting the following subjects: Scaling Agile, Innovation, Digital Management & Computer Science, Organizational change, Sourcing, Leadership and Consultancy skills. Additionally, with the support of a mentor you are stimulated to work on your personal development goals. After a succesfull completion of the traineeship, you will be offered a Consultancy position at BlinkLane.

Blinklane offers a one-year traineeship in which you:

You are:  

• In possession of a master’s degree with exellent results
• Equipped with a beta analytical skillset  
• Motivated to work on organizational transformations  
• Highly interested in technology, innovation and Agile ways of working  
• Determined and passionate to learn  
• Self-relient and able to work independently
• Fluent in Dutch and English  
• A young professional (0-2 years work experience) and available as of the 1st of March 2019

HOW can you become a BlinkLane Trainee?

• Application: A selection based on your cv and copy of your master’s and bachelor’s degrees,  a cover letter (Dutch or English) or a video showing your motivation to work for BlinkLane.
• Selection day 18th of January 2019: Our selection days will consist of interviews with a consultant and one of our partners and an assessment including a cognitive ability test.
• Presentation: Presenting yourself for a group of our colleagues.
