Our graduate program starts with a 4 week New Hire training together with other graduates. Here you will:
•learn about our history, vision and culture, global delivery model including our proprietary Two-in-the-BoxTM model, and our processes, tools and methodologies (such as the Cognizant 2.0 global collaboration/project management tool).
• receive client relationship management training, plus technical training on .Net, Java or software testing.
• have access to additional training opportunities through our extensive online library and Instructor-led courses (these are available to you throughout your Cognizant career)
