International Management Trainee

The Kramp International Management Traineeship enables you to gain experience across various departments within the organization. The trainee programme takes around fourteen months to complete, and from there you will be able to make a flying start in your career at Kramp. You can expect us to provide you with the necessary tools to develop yourself as an all-round and result focused manager, who will tackle new challenges.

During the traineeship you will play an active role in international projects. You are driven, entrepreneurial, able to work independently and you are looking for opportunities to accelerate your growth.

The traineeship is designed as an individual customised development plan. You will learn where your heart lies and what you are best suited to doing.

What is your role?

Once you have become familiar with the organization Kramp, you will:

• Start to work the continuous improvement team
• Learn how to translate strategic values at a tactical and operational level
• Acquire experience in a management position
• Take part in international projects

You can, to a large extent, draw up your personal development plan and you will be given the chance to present yourself internationally. You will take part in several development programs and you can count on professional individual coaching. The traineeship starts on the 3rd of September 2018

Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:

• You have graduated at a Master degree level in (Engineering) Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, Marketing Management or E-Commerce/Digital Business
• Less than two years work experience
• You have international career ambitions (including going abroad for a (longer) period)
• An excellent knowledge of English is essential
• You are a natural leader
• You are entrepreneurial, ambitious, committed and flexible
• You have a EU working permit for the length of the traineeship

Procedure

A selection of two days will be held on the 29th and 30th of May. On the 29th May, interviews will be held. You present yourself and you will participate in a management game, together with other selected candidates. Prior to the selection day, you will receive an invitation for an online assessment. After the first selection day, a selection will be made of the 6 best candidates. They will have meetings on day two with a member of the Executive Board and our Learning & Development Manager. Eventually four candidates get the chance to start at Kramp.

Kramp provides the overnight stays during the two-day selection. You are expected to arrive at the hotel on Monday evening the 28th May and all invited candidates will stay in the Netherlands till Wednesday 17:00u May the 31st. More detailed information will be provided by your invitation.
