As a Heinz Sales Graduate:

• You Will have responsibility for ownership and delivery of numbers from DAY 1 in your role.
• You will be trained both in the classroom and in the role to develop you into an industry leading sales graduate.
• You will be responsible for multi million pound P&L's from the start of your career.
• Your role will challenge you to build relationships with your customers, develop your sales and negotiation skills, gain an understanding of sales within a multinational organization and the basics of financial management to ensure you are able to deliver day in day out.
• The business rewards high performance and those that overdeliver will be given opportunities in larger roles at an early stage.

Job requirements

Profile - Basic Qualifications:

• University Related Qualification equivalent to Upper Second-Class Degree or above
• Excellent Excel skills
• Structured thinking
