The ING Bootcamp, which takes place on January 7 and 8 offers you an in-depth look behind the scenes of ING.
These two days will give you all the insights you need! Get inspired by ING’s Think Forward strategy, participate in challenging cases and experience our culture by meeting up with our (senior) managers and current trainees. At the end of the ING Bootcamp you will know what it feels like to work at ING and have gained specific knowledge about the Traineeship track (Commercial Banking, Finance, IT, Retail Banking and Risk) that you are interested in.

What do we expect from you?

To join the Bootcamp you need to be an ambitious Master or Bachelor university student (last year), who is eager to learn fast and find out what ING has to offer. To excel during the ING Bootcamp 2015: traineeship experience, you will need both intellectual and social skills. You will be challenged to show your individual competences, but team spirit is equally important to us.
Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:

• Master student or Bachelor student (last year) at a Dutch university
• Strong analytical skills
• ‘Can-do’ mentality
• Customer-oriented
• International mindset
• Eager to share your vision and strategic thinking
• Ability to quickly adapt to a complex, dynamic environment

Selection procedure

Please fill out the form and upload your CV and motivation letter in which you explain to us why you want to join the ING Bootcamp (both in English).

If we see a match, we will invite you for an online capacity test. If positive, you’ll be invited for a selection interview. These interviews will take place between 20 November and 19 December. Out of these interviews the best candidates will be selected. Please note that both steps of the selection procedure are mandatory.
