In the UK and Ireland, we play an important role across the public and private sector – from managing the 999 service, to running a large fleet of vehicles via BT Fleet. Outside of the UK and Ireland, Global Services serve 87% of the FTSE100 companies with around 7,000 clients in more than 170 countries. We regularly launch new innovative services to meet our customers’ needs. This year alone, we have provided new products that will enable governments around the world to identify and react to security threats.
