Engineering Graduate (Critical Infrastructure) – Amsterdam, Netherlands

Join our Engineering Graduate (Critical Infrastructure) programme, and you’ll play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of power and cooling solutions across our technical sites. On our programme, you’ll gain exposure to the teams and technologies that keep our network running, working closely with experienced engineers to ensure our infrastructure is efficient, resilient, and ready for the future.

What you’ll be doing:

Working in our Operations & Engineering function, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across our European sites. You’ll help ensure our power and cooling systems are designed, managed, and optimised to meet growing demand and sustainability goals.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• Supporting senior engineers in specifying power and cooling solutions for technical sites
• Creating Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and reviewing supplier responses
• Working with vendors to support the delivery of infrastructure projects
• Analysing data to support capacity planning and future investment decisions

Who are we looking for?

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. You must be fluent in English, with native or bilingual Dutch language skills.

Other qualities we look for include:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with confidence working with data and Excel
• The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset, with the drive to learn, take initiative, and contribute to real-world engineering projects
